Sports Medicine & Integrative Therapies for the Performance Horse

Dr. Hannah Pope is a veterinarian who is native to Northumberland County. She went to vet school in Calgary, AB and practiced as a mixed animal veterinarian prior to coming back to Ontario. Since returning, Dr. Pope has been practicing as an Equine and Companion Animal Veterinarian. She became certified in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (aka animal “chiropractic”) in March 2022 and has completed Acupuncture training through the Chi Institute.

Dr. Pope’s training and special interest is focussed on sport horse performance medicine. She is passionate about offering focussed, compassionate and integrative care to patients. Dr. Pope is friendly and approachable, and her mandate is to spread kindness wherever she goes!
